Our Story
I performed my first house demo early in 2018. The project went horribly – over schedule, my price was way too low, inadequate equipment – but I was hooked. “This is something I can specialize in and be very good at”, I thought. And by the grace of God, that’s exactly what I did. By the following year we had transitioned from landscape contracting specializing in drainage solutions to almost 100% demolition work.
Over the past eight years we have tackled hundreds of unique projects ranging from small mobile homes in the mountains, to a.d.a. demo work for dozens of Hardee’s, to even a sailboat demo in the Upstate.
Due to the rapid escalation of real estate values in the area, many owners are demoing old houses and structures on their properties in anticipation of redevelopment. This type of project remains our bread & butter, as well as my personal favorite type of demo. I enjoy bringing value to the owners by laying the groundwork for maximum utilization of the property while also eliminating blighted structures across the Upstate.
My favorite part of the demo process is the thorough removal of foundation/footers. This step transforms the property in my mind from a house/building site to a completely clean slate, ready to be used for anything from a pasture to a commercial development.
